Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: All Aquatux products are made to order.

  • Production time: 2–7 business days

  • U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International shipping: 7–20+ business days
    Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes — we ship worldwide.
Shipping costs and transit times vary depending on the destination.


Q: What is your return policy?

A:
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • We do not accept returns for size, color, or buyer’s remorse due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will replace it at no cost.
Simply send us photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.


Q: Do you offer exchanges for a different size or color?

A:
No.
Because every product is printed specifically for each customer, we cannot exchange items for size or color issues.
Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order.


Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

A:
We will fix it.
If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as described, we will replace it free of charge.
Email us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue.


Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

A:
Orders enter production quickly, so we can only guarantee cancellations or modifications within 12 hours of purchase.


Q: Will I receive tracking information?

A:
Yes — all orders include tracking.
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.


Q: My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

A:
Please check:

  1. Your mailbox and front/back porch

  2. With neighbors

  3. Your local post office (they sometimes mark early)

If it doesn’t show up within 48 hours of being marked delivered, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
