Return/Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges
At Aquatux, every item is made to order, created especially for you when you place your order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or color preferences.

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll replace it free of charge or offer a full refund.

Sizing Issues
If you ordered the wrong size, we offer a one-time 50% off replacement discount toward a reorder in the correct size.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of being placed, as production begins quickly after confirmation.
